Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at sales@tresorluxuryproducts.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
